Eye Contact

Eye contact is an action to meet the eyes between two personal. To communicate, to express respect, to project an outgoing image~ Like people say “People can tell something through their eyes”. I barely eye contact with someone especially the one…… Hence, people will think that I’m rude and bored. I still can’t manage myself to adapt to the eye contact. Not to mention my word expression, even like eye contact; a simple social interaction I also fail to do it. Due to it, I go search the website and found out there are several ways to learn eye contact:

1† Relax your nerve whenever you eye meet with someone – because your panic and nervous will tend to withdraw your eyes.

2† Concentrate using left eye whenever you look in others eye – because left brain use to control the body so you will have a good gesture while looking straight.

3† Avoid gazing, just a glance with a soft eye light – because the longer you stare, the more people will feel tension.

4† Try listen while in eye contact – because you will feel relax and comfortable when you really concentrate on listening to what others say.

5† Smile through the way – because you will never know that a smile during the meeting of two persons’ eyes can capture a person’s heart.

Today i attend EFPC(Engineering Foundations: Principles & Communications) presentation. At last, the feeling of terror had gone after i finished the speech. Mum Funny "Remind"

I just now have an afternoon nap and sleep till so late,my mum leave me alone at home and scare that i didn't eat the fish inside the AMC pot~so she......put a paper on the pot to remind me. On the paper,it write like this......
